Getting User Access

Follow these steps to get started with your account. 

Requesting a New Account

If a Breadboard account has not been created for you, please reach out to our support team to request an account. The following information is required to create a new account:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address

Send this information to support@breadboard.com. Our team will create the account for you.

Verifying Your Account

Once your account is created, you will receive an email with a verification link. Follow these steps to verify and access your account:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for an email from Breadboard with the subject "Verify Your Breadboard Account."
  2. Verify Email: Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact support@breadboard.com to have the verification email resent.

Logging In

After verifying your email, you can log into the Breadboard platform:

  1. Go to the Login Page: Visit Breadboard Login.
  2. Enter Credentials: Use the email address and password you provided during account creation.
  3. Log In: Click the "Log In" button to access your account.

Forgot Password

If you do not remember your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Go to the Login Page: Visit Breadboard Login.
  2. Click "Forgot Password": On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link.
  3. Enter Your Email: Input the email address associated with your Breadboard account.
  4. Check Your Email: You will receive a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Adding Team Members

If you need additional team members added to your Breadboard account, please provide the following information for each new user:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address

Send this information to support@breadboard.com and our team will create the accounts.
